Mr. Reid is a geologist and capital markets executive with over 20 years of experience focused exclusively in the mineral resource space. Mr. Reid started his career as a geologist with Saskatchewan Geological Survey and Cominco Global Exploration after which he became a partner and senior mining analyst at Sprott/Cormark Securities in Toronto. He was then named Executive General Manager at Paladin Energy, where he was responsible for leading all merger and acquisition, corporate and market related activities. He is the former Managing Director Global Mining Sales at National Bank Financial, where he directed the firm’s sales and trading in the mining sector. Most recently, he acted as President and Director of Sulliden Gold Corporation, until its acquisition by Rio Alto Mining in 2014 and was Managing Director at Aguia Resources Ltd. from 2015 to 2019. He holds a B.Sc from the University of Regina, a M.Sc from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Mr. Fortin is an accomplished mining professional with over 28 years of expertise in mineral processing, project management, and operational leadership. His extensive experience includes a 12-year tenure at the Troilus Mine during its operation under Inmet Mining, where he held pivotal roles such as Chief Metallurgist and Process & Maintenance Plant Manager. In these roles, he spearheaded major projects, including a significant mill expansion and the installation of advanced control systems. Additionally, Mr. Fortin played a key role throughout the engineering, construction, and operational phases at Goldcorp’s Éléonore Mine and Agnico Eagle’s Meadowbank Mine, where he earned recognition for driving operational excellence and sustainability initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering from Laval University.
Mr. Rivard is a professional engineer with over 40 years of experience in project leadership and strategic advisory roles, specializing in mining, infrastructure, and industrial development. His extensive career includes senior leadership positions at Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc., Ausenco, SNC-Lavalin, and WorleyParsons. Most recently, Mr. Rivard served as Vice President of the Réseau Express Métropolitain (“REM”) project at CDPQ Infra, overseeing the construction of Montréal’s 67-kilometre autonomous light rail network. He has successfully managed multi-billion-dollar projects across diverse sectors, including mining, energy, and public transportation, in regions such as Africa, Latin America, and North America. Mr. Rivard is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (“OIQ”) and holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi.
Mr. Pritchard is has over 30 years of experience in project and operations management in the mining industry both in North America as well as internationally, including, in particular, Brazil. Mr. Pritchard’s mining experience includes the management of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, engineering, procurement and construction management projects. He has held senior executive positions at various organizations worldwide including SNC-Lavalin and De Beers Canada.
Ms. Susanna Milne, a Chartered Professional Accountant, brings nearly two decades of experience in the mining sector, specializing in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning. Her career includes significant roles at QMX Gold Corporation and Avion Gold Corporation, where her financial leadership greatly contributed to their growth and success. Since joining Troilus in 2017, Ms. Milne has been integral to the company's strategic achievements, combining her comprehensive financial expertise with a profound understanding of the mining industry.
Mr. Sharpe is a professional engineer with over 20 years of experience in mine planning, technical studies, and project management across the mining sector. He has held senior positions at Centerra Gold Inc. and Minera Alamos, where he was most recently Vice President of Project Development. At Minera Alamos, Mr. Sharpe oversaw long-term open pit mine planning activities of the Santana mine and Cerro de Oro Project and economic modelling. Previously, he served as Director of Technical Services at Centerra Gold, where he played a role in advancing mine developments and managing technical and financial evaluations for key assets. Mr. Sharpe holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining from Dalhousie University and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario.
Mrs. Leroux has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry, mostly in Northern Quebec . She has held senior positions with various organizations including Metallurgist at Meston resources, Environment Coordinator at the Troilus Project from 2005 to 2007, Environmental Manager for Goldcorp's Éléonore Project, Director of Sustainable Development for Mason Graphite and Vice-President Environment for BlackRock Metals. For those Projects, she was in charge of permits related to Exploration, Environment Evaluation Processes and Construction.
Mr. Girard is a professional engineer with over 25 years of experience in mineral processing, mine operations, and project management. He has held key leadership positions at renowned mining companies such as Cambior, Goldcorp, Iamgold, and TMAC Resources. Notably, Mr. Girard has a long history with the Troilus site, where he served as Mill Superintendent and Chief Metallurgist during its operation under Inmet Mining, overseeing the expansion of processing facilities and optimizing operational efficiency. Throughout his career, he has managed processing facilities, advanced innovative projects, and contributed to the development of mining infrastructure in diverse environments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from Laval University and is a member of both the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) and Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
Catherine Stretch has over 20 years of experience in capital markets with a particular focus on the investment, formation, development and operation of resource and agriculture companies in North America, South America and Asia. She began her career in fund management, becoming Partner and Chief Operating Officer of a Canadian investment firm which had $1 billion in assets under management. Before joining Troilus, she was the Chief Commercial Officer of Aguia Resources Limited, an ASX listed company developing phosphate and copper assets in Brazil. Ms. Stretch has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from Western University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
Mr. Frank is a Professional Geoscientist registered in the Provinces of Quebec and British Columbia, with over a decade of experience, working primarily in advanced stage exploration focusing on resource expansion, as well as in open pit mining production and technical roles. Mr. Frank previously held senior positions at Copper Mountain Mining Corporation and Thompson Creek Metals Corporation. Kyle has a B.Sc. in Geoscience from Western University in London, Ontario.
Ms. Davies is a corporate securities lawyer with over fifteen years experience working as corporate secretary and legal counsel to various publicly traded exploration, development, near production and production phase mining companies. Ms. Davies has a broad range of international experience in the mining industry having held roles with companies with projects in North America, South America, Russia, Australia, Mali, Ethiopia and Burkina Faso. She has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law and an Honours B.A in Economics from McMaster University.
Mr. Bergeron, M.Sc., has been actively involved in northern Quebec for over 20 years where he worked closely with major mining companies focused on building positive partnerships with First Nation communities, including the development of an economic training program for First Nations across the province of Quebec. He has held senior roles as head of community affairs for various mining companies, including Goldcorp, actively working with Comex, Cofex and the Cree Grand Council to facilitate the Impact Benefit Negotiations. Mr. Bergeron formerly sat on the Board of Eeyou Istchee James Bay Regional Government (Greibj) key organizations involved with territory management and economic development in Northern Quebec. He is a former director of the Board of the Natural Resources Commission of Nord-du-Quebec as Territory Commissioner (2014-2018) and of Administration regional Baie James (ARBJ) (2012 to 2017), and currently serves as director for the Fond regional de solidarité FTQ (Investment board, 2016-present).
Caroline Arsenault has been overseeing Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for various mining companies since 2008. Prior to joining Troilus in 2017, she worked for various private and publicly traded mining companies, including Sulliden Gold and Belo Sun Mining. She holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design from OCAD University in Toronto.
Nicolas Guest is a Professional Geologist registered in the Provinces of Quebec and Nova Scotia. He has gained over a decade of experience in exploration across Canada and leadership, having lead teams in all phases of the exploration journey, from grassroots exploration to reserve replacement and mine expansion initiatives. Mr. Guest’s previous roles include Vice President of Exploration at Appia Energy Corp. and Exploration Coordinator at Goldcorp Inc.’s Musslewhite Mine. Nicholas has a B.Sc. in Earth Science from St. Francis Xavier University and an M.Sc. in Mineral Exploration from Laurentian University.
